When I started reading this book I hated it. I had to stop reading after the first few chapters; I could not stand to read another word. I felt angry, upset, and ashamed. I began reading How to Find Your Soulmate without Losing Your Soul about a week after an awful breakup and I had a lot of anger and stubbornness regarding that relationship.Two months later (I finally listened to the sense God was trying to knock into me) I picked up the book again. It turns out the first time I tried reading it I was way too proud to acknowledge my faults in the relationship I had just gotten out of and I refused to examen them. After I finished reading the book I was able to look at dating, purity, and chastity with a whole new perspective and a renewed commitment to practice those virtues.
If you don't think you need this book, you probably do. I highly recommend that everyone reads it; it will change your life.

I bought this book for my 17 year old daughter. She reads a little bit each night. She always comes to me and talks to me about how she is deeply inspired by this book. Thank you Jason Evertt for reaching out to our young people who are on a journey to healthy and loving relationships with the Lord and their future spouse!
I never knew so much about godly love until this transforming year of my life. Not only there are advices for Catholic women but it can apply as well to non-religious women . This path will truly lead us to true love without all the pain and betrayals. I am always inspired to learn more about God's love everyday.
After being highly recommended by a good Catholic friend of mine, all three of my daughters (ages 14, 16, and 20) received a copy of this book as a Christmas stocking stuffer. They find the book to be absolutely fascinating and relatable. They read it from cover to cover. Their friends want to read it, too, but my daughters are afraid to give up their copies, especially since they have marked it up with notes and underlined statements that meant the most to them; so they are planning to purchase copies to give to their friends.
I love how easy it is to read this and how the words were written. This is one of my favorites, i've never highlighted whole paragraphs before, but with this ebook, i did lolz.
Thank you Jason and Crystallina, for sharing your stories with me, a reader, this help me to open up more and also share my story (through my blog) as a single person still waiting for the guy that God will give me at the right time
This book was informative, and really did tell you if you are looking for a healthy relationship, this is what you need to do. I don't think there was ever a book that clearly told you and gave you examples also. I enjoy the husband and wifes input from their own lives shared in this book. It does not matter if you are 20 or 80 looking for a healthy relationship this is the book to read.... I feel that I am walking away with something to use at each new relationship I have, until the right one is there and for all the right reasons. Thank you
My daughter (19) really enjoys this book and is learning a lot. I bought this copy for two friends to share because they need some help picking out the right men! Thought-provoking book full of excellent advice and wisdom for women who need some guidance into finding the real Mr. Right.
Gave this to my daughter who is dating currently and wish I had known about it sooner. I think it would have saved she and I some heartache and trials. I read it before I gave it to her and wished I had had it when I was a teenager/young adult. Can't say enough good things about the advice in this book and highly recommend it to any parent with a single daughter! It covers so many life situations and since it is written by both the male and female perspective (husband and wife authors), it gives great insight to both sides of the issue!
